Festival route coordination for young travellers
Contact · Stop 01
One short message is enough: festival name, departure city, group size, and the dates you can travel. Add whether shared accommodation matters more than the travel leg, and the route is planned around that answer.
Replies arrive within one working day. Continue to the route request form or read the contact details below.
Stop 03 / Route request
Send the details below and we come back with a coordinated travel leg, a named shared stay option and a fixed coordination fee. Not sure yet? Check the route board before you write.
Route stop 04 — Contact desk
Shared stays, travel legs, flex days: write, call, or stop by the Kyiv office. Messages are answered by a coordinator who works the routes, not by an auto-responder.
Prefer everything in writing? Send the route request form, or read the coordination fee terms before you commit.
Advisory / Stop 05
Amber Route plans travel legs and shared beds. We do not guarantee festival entry, weather, border decisions, or the behaviour of other travellers. The lines below describe how the trip is actually run.
Legs are built around published festival dates. Rail and coach operators can retime services; when that happens we re-plan with you and confirm the new departure in 24-hour format before you leave.
Travel and medical insurance is arranged by you, not by us. Bring a policy that covers the countries on your route and the dates you actually travel, including any flex days you add.
Every shared stay is confirmed with three details before payment: type (hostel dorm, shared apartment room, group block), occupancy range, and gender arrangement. If the confirmed bed changes, we offer a swap or a refund of the accommodation portion.
Festival tickets, meals, personal spending and local transport inside a city stay outside the coordination fee. Flexible leisure programs are suggested, never compulsory.
