Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to festival tickets, packages and accommodation booked via luvrentis.com, operated by luvrentis.com LLC (EDRPOU 65814581), Kyiv, Ukraine. It does not limit your rights under Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» № 3153-IX від 10.06.2023.

2. Cancellation windows

• 60+ days before the event: full refund less a 10% fee.
• 30–59 days: 50% refund.
• Under 30 days: no refund; transfer applies.
• No-show: no refund, transfer or credit.

3. Refunds and transfers

• Refunds are paid to the original payment method within 14 calendar days of approval.
• If we cancel or move the event, you may choose a full refund or a transfer.
• One free transfer to another person or a future edition is allowed up to 7 days before the event.

4. Suppliers and accommodation

Hotels, hostels and transfers are provided by independent partners whose cancellation terms apply to those components and may be stricter than ours. Supplier name and key terms are disclosed before payment under Закон України «Про електронну комерцію» № 675-VIII від 03.09.2015. Tour operator licence details are available on request.
