These Terms govern your use of luvrentis.com (the "Site") and trip coordination services by luvrentis.com LLC, EDRPOU 65814581, 15 Khreshchatyk Street, Business Center "Amber Plaza", Kyiv, 01001, Ukraine.

1. General

Under the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" No. 675-VIII dated 03.09.2015, we display full legal name, registration number, address, and contacts.

2. Eligibility & Age

You must be 18+. Minors only with guardian. We follow the Law of Ukraine "On Tourism" No. 324/95-VR dated 15.09.1995.

3. Bookings & Payments

Prices include taxes unless noted. Booking confirmed after full payment. Clear information per the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" No. 3153-IX dated 10.06.2023.

4. Changes & Cancellations

We may adjust itineraries for safety or force majeure. Refunds per consumer law. Contact contact@luvrentis.com first for disputes.

5. Traveler Responsibilities

You need valid documents, insurance, and must obey local laws. We are not liable for loss except as law requires.

6. Data & Cookies

We process personal data only with explicit consent, per the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" No. 2297-VI dated 01.06.2010. Non-essential cookies need consent.

7. Advertising

No misleading claims; all descriptions substantiated per the Law of Ukraine "On Advertising" No. 270/96-VR dated 03.07.1996.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Statutory rights remain.
