Each open route lists its legs in local 24-hour time with mode and operator, the shared stay arrangement, and the coordination fee in hryvnia with an indicative euro figure.

Stop 04 · Fees and change terms

One fixed coordination fee, quoted in hryvnia

We quote a single fixed coordination fee per traveller. The euro figure beneath each amount is indicative and shown for reference. The invoice, the payment and the receipt are always issued in UAH.

Coordination fee, per traveller ₴4 900 ≈ €118

Fixed once your route is confirmed. Covers route planning, the shared bed confirmation, arrival window support and one free change.

Further change, per change ₴450 ≈ €11

Admin fee applied only after the free change is used. Changes are accepted by email or phone during working hours, 09:00 to 18:00 local.

Festival tickets, meals, personal spending and intercity tickets are not included in the coordination fee.

Change terms

First change
Free of charge when requested no later than 72 hours before the first travel leg.
Second and later change
₴450 UAH (≈ €11) per change, settled before the new leg is confirmed.
Name change on a shared bed
Handled as a first change and free once per booking.
Inside 72 hours
Depends on the shared stay and is quoted by the coordinator before you pay anything.
